Yes, yoga. What else would it stand for? Yoga is a type of meditative exercise that consists of bending and stretching. And Breathing, very important how you breathe during yoga. You typically hold a certain pose.
It’s probably obvious that I’m not a yogi. So I’ll leave it over to a yogi to explain.
