  1. Interesting techniques. I almost can’t bear the thought of drinking hot water without any kind of flavouring or actual tea in it but I must give it a go to see if it aids my digestion and clams my feelings before I eat. At the very least I hope it encourages me to drink more water in the day, as I always forget to drink enough all the time no matter how hard I try to remember! 🙂
